Nobody likes a bad review, but they’re inevitable. When you
find a negative review about your restaurant online, it’s important to take
action and respond, as soon as possible, the worst thing you can do is ignore
it. Be as objective and as assuring as possible so the reviewer and other
potential customers can see you take your customers and your business seriously.
Don’t be afraid to respond to negative online reviews. Think
